[When he gets the letter, he reads it over and smiles before tucking it into his pocket. It's been a while since they've hung out together and he misses just spending time with her. So, with a quick whistle to Noishe, he and the Protozoan head over to Colette's house, only stopping to pick a flower that he thinks she might like.

He waits patiently as he can after he knocks, but Noishe whines.]

Hey, boy, what's wrong? If you want to go see Sheena or Zelos, I bet they'd be happy to see you too. You don't need me.

[And the door opens.] Oh, Lloyd! What a wonderful surprise!

And Noishe, too! How are you? [And she strokes Noishe excitedly because she likes Noishe and Noishe is a dog which is a bonus.

And she looks up.] Wow, Lloyd! That's a really pretty flower! Where did you get it? [No it hasn't occurred to her that it's for her yet.]

[Nope, Noishe is just happy to be with Colette. Her pets are the best because she has soft hands and she smells good. Not like all the guys he has to live with. He gives the girl a happy woof as she pays attention to him, ignoring Lloyd for the time being.

Lloyd, on the other hand, thrusts the flower at Colette to take.]

One of your neighbor's has a whole field of them that you can pick if you pay him a slyv for every one you take. This was the best out of the flowers like this. So, I got it. [He looks away, still bashful when it comes to dealing with feelings.] For you.

Oh.....[She knew about the flowers but gosh, she didn't expect Lloyd to go out of his way.....

She turns a shade of pink.] ....w-wow, how sweet of you. Thank you, Lloyd.

[She smiles, still blushing. Her bf is soooooooo wonderful. She is really lucky to know someone like him!]

[That's what you're supposed to do with girlfriends, right? Give them gifts and flowers and take them out on dates and tell them they're pretty. (Which she is. Very much so.)]

You're welcome, but I figured that you remembered today is Alvin and Presa's party. You're still going, right?

[Since she's his date to an engagement party, he hopes she's coming. Otherwise, it'll be awkward.]

Of course! You just caught me when I was getting ready. [Look she's got a pretty summer dress with bright blue flowers on. Her hair is in a ponytail. It's not as if she's putting loads of makeup on or anything but she looks nice.]

[He takes a moment to admire her, cheeks getting a little red as he does so.]

You look great. I'm glad to hear that Alvin is marrying that girl he liked from his own world, but what's an engagement party supposed to be like. I didn't bring a gift.

Ah....thank you. [Have Colette getting a little red in return. They may be dating but still....,..you're really sweet, Lloyd. She can't look that great!]

I'm not quite sure. But I've prepared something which can be from both of us if you want!

[And she worked really hard on the gift too.]

No, wait! I think I have stuff I wanted to give to them before. Presa helped me with your birthday gift and I wanted to pay her back, but it's been a while. Think she'll like something now anyway?

[And Alvin, well, Lloyd's got something for him in one of the saddle bags on Noishe's back. Works out in the end.]

Where's your gift? We can put it in one of the bags on Noishe's back and then head on over.

Oh....okay. If you wish.

And, er.......I'm not sure if it'll fit into one of those bags, Lloyd. It's a little big. Wait a minute.

[And she disappears into the back of the flat for a few seconds, returning with a huge hamper on one hand. It's got cakes and bread and biscuits, all made by her. And it's heavy if your name isn't Colette.]

[Lloyd looks at the hamper as Colette brings it out. He knows enough about her to not even think about picking it up. He might be super strong for his size, but her strength is leagues above his. ~~Stupid Angel bs makes it hard to impress his girlfriend.~~]

Uh, yeah, I don't think Noishe is going to want to carry that anyway. Why don't we just carry it together?

[He gives her a smile before trying to peek in it.]

Are you trying to make Alvin as big as his head?

Oh, don't worry. I can carry it. It's not very heavy anyway. [....]

As big as his head? [What?] I'm not sure what you mean.

Colette... [He looks over at her with a sort of amused smile.] What you consider "not very heavy" would make someone like Alvin cry over how much it weighs

And what I mean is if he eats all this stuff in here, his stomach'll be as big as his head is. Maybe I should've gotten him some weights instead of a comb.

It's not that heavy, is it? [And she's feeling slightly awkward and uncomfortable now. Angel powers and all that/]

A bit, but don't worry about it. It just means that this hamper is filled with lots of stuff that you made for Alvin and Presa. I'm sure they'll love it.

[It's okay. Lloyd still loves you, freaky angel powers and all.]
